"I took my car here a few years back initially to swap from an efi system to a carb to get rid of some wires. Quoted $1200, along the way they kept adding more and more stuff. My bill ended up $5500. But I was told I could drive this car across America. I didn’t even drive 20miles to my house and had burned 3 quarts of oil. I called to inquire and was told to bring it back in the spring. When I did I was told the car worked fine when I drove it off the lot. I ended up buying another motor and having someone else install it. He was more concerned with trying to upsell $500 valve covers than addressing the actual issues of the car. This is what it feels like to get taken for a ride and robbed."
