"I was disappointed when I went in to get a wiper blade, as mine had broken off and I was driving without one on my drivers side. This was on Sunday. I was told, rudely, that no one was installing anything that day due to the cold weather. Yes it was cold but it wasn’t that cold. We live in Wisconsin, are we not used to this by now? No one would have gotten frostbite from putting on a wiper blade. Oh well. I just won’t be going back."
