"So I went to get a caramel iced macchiato through the drive through and once I got to the window the lady asked if it was a hot macchiato I’m like no I mentioned cold. So they had already made a hot one so instead of making a new cold one, they poured the hot one in another cup with ice because they were lazy to make a new one when it was there mistake. So I got a warm drink. You expect to get what your paying for! not a happy customer DD!"
