"We were placed at a very small table for 2. When I looked around, there were still tables left for 4 with only 2 people sitting at them. Also our filet was terrible waitress was great .had to drive through the parking lot Three times before we funny we're able to park"

"Absolutely a great find. Our neighbor invited us for a holiday dinner at Valentine's Restaurant in Freeburg, Illinois. Sure happy we accepted. Great steak, baked potato served cooked just right, green beans with a hint of bacon, and a salad done right. Couldn't ask for better service. All in all a special evening. You won't regret a visit. We are headed back soon. Reservations are recommended on weekends."
"We had excellent service and the food was perfect! Stopped in on a whim, loved the old time feel of the place. Our waitress was very nice, stopped by frequently but not being a pest. Steaks were cooked exactly to order, good flavor! Dessert was to the 9's chocolate layer cake was awesome, the cheesecake was equally delicious. Love mom & pop style restaurant experiences and we will definitely go back!"
