"Horrible Customer Service. The person didn’t even apologize. We ordered Buffalo sauce pizza and there was no sauce. The general manager tried to mansplain instead of listening to the concern. The pizza was uncooked. Absolutely horrible experience. The general manager was extremely rude and never accepted his mistake ."

"Horrible customer service. When I originally ordered my pizza I went to pick it up when the email said it would be ready. They told me then it would be an additional 15-20 minutes wait. Fine. Then the pizza was made wrong in 2 ways. Not only did it not have double pepperoni but it also was not stuffed crust. I went the next day to get the pizza remade and the guy at the counter had a really rude tone. Whatever I moved on and had them remake the pizza. I checked to make sure it was made right then left. When I got home I realized the dough was raw in most of the pizza and the slice was literally falling apart because of how raw it was. I gave them a second chance to make a mistake right but the great lack of kindness and customer service makes me sure I will never return to this location again. I received a full refund on my order but there is no way I could ignore them messing up my pizza twice with the lack of customer service."

"This was a takeaway order. Pizza was loaded with fresh vegetable toppings and sausage. Taste was great, with a bit of crunch in the veggies. Crust was hand tossed style, I wish they could figure out how to get the crust a little firmer in the center. Per my request, they did not cut my pizza."

"My pizza from a past order arrived with uncooked ham thrown on top, as if they forgot to add it on until the last minute. At least finish baking the dang pizza before you send it out. I don't see any options in the system to report missing/incorrect items on orders through both the website and app, and I don't want to have to call the store each time when there's an issue. Make the refund process easier please. Every time I call the store, the phone rings for two minutes each time and then hangs up. I'd choose different options with the automated system and it still hangs up on me. Why is it so difficult to contact the store? One of the couple times someone actually answered, there was an issue with the driver and my order took over an hour to finally get to my residence. The person I spoke with over the phone was Leslie and she was very sweet and apologetic and even included a giant Hershey cookie along with my order. She also requested a $15 credit for me from her manager. Probably the only competent person who works there. I don't want a generic copy & paste response to this, I just want a way to get in contact with someone when there is an issue and actually be offered a solution. It has been an incredibly disappointing overall experience and it just makes me not want to order anymore. This is not the customer service I'd have expected from an older and well-known franchise. Edit: adding another star for Josh, the current manager. He was kind enough to contact me and give me an apology along with a credit. I will make future edits as needed, so hopefully he can turn this store around for a more positive experience."
