"The 2 men that came to my house were very polite, personable, and friendly. They were so quick in removing and installing my microwave. The only issue I had was not receiving an ETA until 11:50am, but it sounds like that was related to the AT&T outage, so probably a fluke."

"Everything about this delivery was perfect. Communication with driver was timely and accurate. Both technicians knew exactly what they were doing during installation. Care was taken with the floors and any water spillage. Both worked as a team taking out the old and bringing in the new. Both gave informative instructions on how the new appliances worked. Extremely pleased with this delivery."

"100% the very best delivery experience that I have experienced in my lifetime! From the scheduling and modifying of the delivery date, to the communication with the delivery crew on the day of the delivery, everything was professional, and had my interests in consideration the whole time. They were even ahead of schedule and called to make sure that that was still OK, which it was. They used foot covers to protect my floors as they brought the treadmill into our basement, they didn’t damage anything on the way, they cleaned up perfectly, and the assembly took less than an hour. They even had a moment to show me some of the basics of how it works, including a maintenance item that many people would overlook, and left me with a reminder that if there’s any maintenance that needs to be done that I can’t handle, I can merely call Abt and they would get a person out to take care of it for me. I am totally looking at Abt Electronics for any future appliance purchases!"
