"We bought a 75 inch TV and the bracket to mount it to the wall. Now after not even 6 months the bracket drifts so we can't have the TV in the position we want it. Then was informed it would cost 250 to even look at it. It's disappointing that a quality store like best buy would carry a junk product then refuse to help when it failed. I thought they had better customer service but I guess I was wrong"
