I called them and within minutes found out that the TV model I purchased was no longer being manufactured. They replaced this with a new TV. We have purchased many TV's and items from Best Buy. "I chose geek squad thinking they were the best. But my experience with them has been frustrating. My laptop has been with them for over a month with no clear answer as to where my laptop is. We keep getting transferred from store to wherever it is they fix them saying our laptop has be shipped from one place to the other. I truly believe they have lost my laptop and won't give me a clear answer. I regret not going with the other company I got a quote from first."
