"Worst freaking McDonald's ever! Asked for a fish filet sandwich plain n they give it to us with 1/4 of a cheese slice thrown on it like we're nobody. Asked the manager n she thinks it's funny. WHICH OF OFCOURSE DID NOT GO WELL WITH ME! I FOUND IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO DO THAT! Ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese n they managed to screw that up too. Asked for money back n she thinks it's funny to give out nasty food. They had the nerve to say only a 1,/4 slice of cheese is what they give. Which is not true! They're just trying to treat customers like garbage. Corporate needs to check on their lazy ppl. Ripping people off!! Get them some training on customer service!!!!! And training on food preparation! Thank goodness I don't have to come to this nasty McDonald's again! DON'T EVER BUY HERE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE! FOOD IS GARBAGE!"
"Good example of a good Macky D. Staff was friendly and patient while my young grandson made his decisions. My Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagel was very good. Bagel was soft and tasty. Still enjoying the Coke Freestyle soda dispensers. Why does McDonald's plan on removing? ???"
"This is the first time that I come to this location. The employee whose name is Martha, welcomed me and the other customers with a big smile and an energetic and very kind attitude. I saw her interact with other customers and I was surprised by how well she tailored her customer service to every one of them. She successfully fulfilled my order, and I ended up very pleased with my visit to this McDonald's. So thank you. You truly made my day, Martha! Hope she gets acknowledged for her dedicated commitment to her job and for her great sparkling personality."
