"I enjoy the drinks here and most of the food, however me and my friend visited today and even though he only took a couple of bites before he felt grossed out by the food he couldn’t exchange his food for a drink, only more food but he was already done with eating, so they are making him pay for his entire meal that he barely touched. You can call this lack of consideration on the customers behalf but this is a restaurant business and the customer should always be right especially when they tip well. The tip would of covered any losses but now they get 0 tip and a bad review. I hope you guys can improve your customer service so the restaurant becomes as good as it could be… but I guess they need to fix the lights outside before they can even begin working on better employees. Thanks for lunch…."
