"Order a fish sandwich with lettuces and tomatoes, tea with 2 lemons, and 4 sugars. The lady at the second window was going so fast that she totally screwed up the order. I paid for lettuces and tomatoes but did not get it. When I drove back around, I was steming mad, but the manager was so professional, apologetic that I had to calm down and realize we are humans, and humans make mistakes."
