"If you are going to be changing your menu once a week make sure your staff knows so they can inform the customer at the time of order. Proceeded to order a meal that was not offered anymore and the drive thru worker placed the order. Then I get my food and it's missing an item to be told they don't offer that anymore. The person taking my order should have notified me at the time of my order that the meal wasn't offered anymore. I will not be going back to this location"
"Whenever I visit this location, Norma always comes out to greet customers and give them their receipt, informing the offer if you complete the survey online. I sit longer because of the great service. Thank you, McDonald's team."
"Don't interrupt someone in the middle of the order! My husband asked for a spicy mcchicken with cheese & the guy taking the order interrupted him in the middle of his sentence. Needless to say, he did not hear the "with cheese" part & he did not get it with cheese. That was very rude. If someone is ordering, listen to their order & repeat it back to double check that it's correct. It wasn't even busy! At this point, it's not even about the mcchicken. It's about the lack of manners!"
"I understand it's Christmas Day and if you are closed I respect that. However, if you're open then you need to have enough employees to cover the shift. If you do not have enough employees then you should close the doors and put up signs The line was wrapped all the way around the building to the entrance. You sat by the speaker and nobody even acknowledged you. Not 100% sure that they were even open but no signs indicating that they weren't, cars parked in the parking lot and the lights were on. On a regular day the employees are rude and the food is NEVER fresh, just take the extra time and drive to a different McDonald's."
