"Went to the concert in the park last night and ordered some sandwiches to go. They said they were out of meatballs but would have more in a few. It took 45 minutes to get my order. Meatballs were not even hot and could tell sauce had been sitting a long time as it had burnt taste. To top it off we also ordered a sausage sandwich in which was not made with the toppings that was ordered."

"Awesome sandwich shop in downtown East Dundee. Everything we've tried on the menu has been great. Get the pasta salad as your side when you order a sandwich, it's delicious. You can also order ahead online on their website if you don't want to wait."
