"Today I stop by to get turkey sausage egg muffin .Every Friday that’s my stop and get breakfast here since I work in the area. The front cashier always refuses to let me used the washroom every time I go. He starts talking to his coworkers in his language and always comes up with excuses ; out of order , someone using the washroom or can’t find the keys.. Today will be the last time I go there. Dunkin’ donuts just lost a customer at this location."
"so bad a few days ago we went and got the wrong drink, i kept telling the lady that this is not the correct drink/drink i wanted but she kept insisting it was right. i also asked for an avocado toast with bacon and didn’t get it. they also forgot one of our drinks and we had to remind them. they were pretty rude but okay, this was just a one time thing i though. nope. today i went and i specifically asked for the loaded hash brows with NO bacon and got bacon. it looked like extra bacon to be honest. this went to complete waste because the person who wanted it was vegetarian. i asked for easy ice and seemed to get extra ice. not going back, ever. THERE WAS ALSO A HAIR IN MY AVOCADO TOAST…."
"Customer service here is horrible, staff is rude, and staff does not know how to do their job. Ordered a soudough breakfast sandwich, came with a whopping 2 small pieces of bacon. When I got to the window to pay, asked also for an everything bagel, was told I would have to come inside to order and pay and it couldn't be added to my order. Payed and received my order, drove around and went inside, ordered and paid for my bagel. Then waited 12 minutes for a Bagel. IF YOUR STAFF HAS TROUBLE WITH A BAGEL, THAT MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT STAFF.... Will never be returning to this location and strongly suggest you rethink visiting also. I understand fast food and spent over 7 years working the the fast food and restaurant business, I would have been fired on the spot if I acted like the staff did here today."
