"I visited this store to purchase a new washer/dryer set. I was told that none of them were in stock and that they had no leads saying that they would be in stock any time soon. I was also told that the reason for this was still related to the issues that were caused by COVID. I find it very interesting that I drove south to the Geneva Home Depot, and not only was I able to purchase exactly what I wanted, but they had hundreds in stock. How does a business operate this way and survive?"

"I bought a hot water heater it cost me over 3000.00 and I still can’t get my Warrenty or even a receipt for what I purchased. They said I would recv. Blue bag with a carbon monoxide detector in and I never got that either."

"UPDATE 2/25/23: After filing a case with customer service, this store did send me a utensil cup for my dish drainer. Thankfully it didn't take them too long. Received it within a couple of days. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Ordered a dish drainer and the one I received came from this store. It arrived without a utensil cup, which is kind of important. Also looked like it had been returned before because there was a torn off price tag on the label. Contacted Lowe's customer service yesterday. Currently waiting for a refund or for someone to bring me a utensil cup."
