"Went here to pick up a bed. With my husband and my two girls, and as soon as we walked in April had approached us. Asked her what I was trying to finance. She took me straight to the computer and pretty sure she noticed that my two little ones were gonna be a handful while I was doing my thing on the computer. So she came out and gave both my girls a coloring book and crayons. Which was so freaking nice of her To go out of her way to do that. Gave a goodie bag to the girls. I mean, she was just fantastic trying to distract my girls from destroying the place. I usually get nervous going to places like this because I do feel like my girls will break Something at some point. But she made me feel very comfortable. Help us out with every question we had. They need to give this lady a raise because she is good at what she does. April was her name."
"Aprill was able to help me out find what i was looking for, she did not stop till i was satisfy with what i needed. She explanid to me what the process was going to be and how much i was going to be spending. It made things easy for me to choose which item would best suit me. "the esthetics are great. love the furniture but, when I went in for a computer and asked about specs, this guy "Ryhno" (I'm not sure how his name is spelled) was completely clueless about anything to do with laptops. had no idea of any features. thought the RAM memory is the same thing as the hard drive space and when i tried to explain the difference, just scoffed and gave me attitude the rest of my time there. this was a month or 2 ago and I'm sure you have replaced him by now but, safe to say I won't be visiting this store again. I still love Aaron's though. i hope you've fixed this issue"
"I had a problem with my bed frame, Juan was very helpful and sent out repair team tonight. They were a bit late, but they still came and fixed the problem. Very courteous and fixed another problem that 1st installers did. Thank you, repair team never complained or seemed like we were a bother. That is why we have been customers for many, many years"
