"Unfortunately have to leave a negative review. I bought a refurbished refrigerator from this company, and it was delivered on time and very reasonably priced. When it arrived, my tenant sent me pictures of the “repaired” drawer, which was clearly broken before it was delivered. The controller didn’t work from the get-go. The fridge continually froze everything. And yes, my tenants adjusted the thermostat..... So, I called Waln again, and he came out and put in another refurbished controller. It did not work...again. My tenants have been without a fridge for a month at this point. At this point, we bought a brand new fridge, and asked for a refund from Waln. I received MUCH push back. He did not want to honor a 30 day refund for a refrigerator that never worked...not even one day. Eventually, He agreed he would contact my tenants and arrange pickup. They have not heard him over two weeks later, and I’m sure at this point, I’m out $300. Please beware. We now have a junk fridge at our rental, and he also hauled away a very nice fridge that needed an easy fix. We just couldn’t get any one out that could fix it and not charge us an arm and a leg. So, he has my money and my nicer fridge. I feel like I’ve been stolen from. It’s really unfortunate to be taken advantage of like that. Please beware!!!"
