"UPDATE 12/2023 - I rarely go back on a review but this needs an update for the bump up from 3 to 4 stars. The pizza has greatly improved. The crust was cracker thin with the great crunch. Reminds me of the tavern pizza I grew up with. Pizza was perfectly cooked. We also had some pasta in our order and is was good, but nothing that I would specifically go back for. The garlic knots are insane. I will be back again for pizza. OLD REVIEW: Just average. Most of the dishes are flavorless, but huge in quantity. There are much better Italian options. Don't go out of your way to come here....but if you need an Italian fix, it will work."
"Hit or miss pizza. Sometime good, lately not so good. Doesn’t look short staff, but making more oops lately, had to wait 25 minutes for a pizza they forget. They did not refire rest or order. Last pizza delivered, ordered 2 and one looked like it slid in box. Had to throw out half. Update. Thank you for reply. Called mgr after delivery. Was asked if we wanted replace or credit. Asked for credit. Did not receive. Should not have to review to get things corrected."
"Just dined here with my wife, and everything was amazing. I used to be a frequent visitor to the one in Elgin, but after multiple poor visits and moving away I have not been back to a Marciano's. Now that I know how pleasant the staff is here I will be back."
"Food was great!. The stuffed mushrooms, appetizer was outstanding. I had the Italian beef deluxe and it also was delicious. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere."
"I can't say enough great things about this restaurant but I'll start by saying that it is my new favorite pizza place in all of Chicagoland. I know this is a big statement for a state that is known for great pizza but it's really that good. I don't typically dine in at pizzerias but I'm glad I did. Service was excellent and everything came out hot and fast. The restaurant has a small business type feel/charm which I love too. They serve beer and wine here as well. There is a reason why Marciano's has amazing reviews. Do not hesitate and try this place!!"
