"Good morning restaurant manager? Very hard to deal with you're supposed to get food delivered to your table they just call your number very very rude"
"Yesterday 9/18/23, my boyfriend and I placed two mobile orders for drive thru pickup. We went through thr drive thru and were asked to pull forward even though no one was behind us. We waited for our food. The worker came out with one bag of food which contained my boyfriends order. We told him that that my boyfriend also had a drink. The worker went back inside and when he came out with the drink he said "have a good day". We told him we were still waiting on my order. We gave him the receipt and a female worker came back out with a bag of food containing my order. I told her I also had a drink, she went back inside and brought me out my drink. While she was inside I noticed I was missing my double cheeseburger. She asked if there was anything else with an attitude, we said no and then she went inside and came back out with my double cheeseburger. The time from order to us getting our food was over 25 minutes. Our food was cold. This was completely ridiculous."
"This McDonald’s has been going downhill for the past few months, but my experience today really upset me. If you get a sandwich in a wrapper, prepare for it to be smashed. And if you use the app, prepare for being charged for your ‘deal’ items. Check your receipts! I had a free chicken sandwich with a purchase of $2 or more and got charged at the window $6 for it. They said the app “hasn’t been fully charging people”. I couldn’t get the app receipt to open back up otherwise I would of asked for my money back.. I get you’re a McDonald’s and fast food, but c’mon and have at least a little pride in your work. You guys get paid the same if not more than me at my professional job. And yes, I worked in restaurants and fast food from 2014-2021. 7:30PM on 5/27/22. *EDIT* and we were missing items from our order on top of everything."
