"Went through the drive thru and ordered an apple pie, cashier told me to wait so he could check if they had any, to which he said, and I quote “yes we do”. As I got to the window AND paid he told me right after that they had no apple pies. Didn’t let me get a refund for my order and cashier was obviously very high as well."
"This is literally the worst excuse for a restaurant in the city and there are plenty of bad options. I can’t comprehend having a chain restaurant that is out of the things they sell and promote 8/10 times. The shake machine has literally been out of commission EVERY month for at least 2 so it’s really genuinely a luck of the draw if you’ll get the items you’re looking for. AND GOD FORBID you use THEIR app and order the items THEY allow you to because chances are they will not have when you get to the restaurant and you will quite literally never get your money back considering not a single person in the building knows even a sliver of information about navigating the app in literally any aspect at all. If you’re going for literally anything other than breakfast you will be disappointed. And it’s actually crazy because the staff is pretty nice except for the fact they act like you as they consumer should know at all times what this specific location DOESN’T have even though it will certainly be on their menu nonetheless"
"I ordered a bundle on the screen, payed was given no receipt, nor was the order was not read back to me. Gave me my order without half of the order and then tried to make me pay extra for it without offering any type of refund. Girls there were rude employees and manager who I dealt with."
"Asked for hot caramel macchiatto. Got a large hot dark brew. My fault not checking before driving off and its not the end of the world and we are all human and make mistakes. I need to check my order before driving off"
"08/12/23 here at 7:30 PM and the kid play area is disgusting. I understand that people before me left it like this but not one employee has came to clean it, wiped down a table or sweep it since I've been here. The teen employees are all just huddle at the register eating with their friends while on clock. The rest of the restaurant also has #'s left on them while all tabls dirty too. Clean the place and then hang out but if management doesn't care either it seems cause they're right there eating with the employees in front of customers."
