"They have or can get my parts the same day"
"Very let down. I came to the store I've used primarily for ,6 years and O'Reilly's got over 20. Now the cheapest but they've always made up with this customer service. Not today I had some last minute rear brake pads I need to be replaced and I put them in my GPS and I was going to get there just a few minutes before close. So I called in they said they put on the counter and be ready for me when I showed up 6 minutes till closing they had the door locked and saw me out there and we're not a help and the sign said open. So regardless of anything it depends on the store and that's going to give you your customer service and I have to wake up extra early go two towns over to go to AutoZone because I'm not going to boycott this store for wasting an hour of my driving time tonight"
"Everyone here is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They all go above and beyond. The folks are Auto Zone down the road treated me like a nuisance and were all busy talking amongst themselves, and didn't know anything. People at this O'Reilly's are always happy to help."
"Most friendly parts people I've ever met. They truly know what they're doing and they'll do everything in their power to get you the correct parts. It's nice to see such dedicated people working there."
"Order and paid for a part and it was not delivered on the day they told me it would be there. Simply asking why the part was not delivered seem to cause confusion with the employee that was assisting me. Waited over 30 minutes just to get an answer to when the part might get there. Good products, fair prices. But ordering parts and getting them on time is not one if there strong attributes."
