Domino's Pizza

"Ordered a pizza for delivery and it was delivered at the wrong address. The driver said would be getting another pizza in next 15min,however, didn’t receive any. Upon calling to the store the employee said no order has been placed and if needed they would reprocess the order. This is so frustrating and disappointing that we are just waiting for our food and starving. This is so disgusting."

"If I could give this Domino's zero stars, I would. This is easily the worst Domino's that I've been to. I have ordered from this location multiple times, and each time I'm optimistic and hopeful that they will get things right. But sadly, each time I am disappointed. Up to today, I had lost so much faith in this particular Domino's, that I actually called them immediately after placing my order online, just to confirm that they would not put their garlic paste on the pizza crust. The guy that I talked to assured me that he saw the notes from the online order that I placed. He said that he would not allow one drop of garlic paste onto the crust. I was relieved. Once I reached the store and the worker handed me my order, I once again confirmed with her that there was no garlic on the crust. She assured me that it was dry. I was so close to trusting them. I wanted to believe so badly that they made my order correctly, but alas I am jaded and have trust issues. So when I got to the car, I opened the box just to double check before it was too late...and you know where this is going. THE PIZZA WAS COVERED IN GARLIC! It looked like extra garlic. Very heavy on the garlic. I was flabbergasted. How much easier could I have made it for them to NOT make the garlic mistake? I added it in the notes, I called the store, and I confirmed at the end. And still. Still, it was wrong. Thanks Domino's, you guys have been a terrible disappointment."

"Let's start with i work late. They are open as late as they can be which I appreciate. The last time I ordered the pizza was so hot I burned my mouth...which is awesome...I know I'm close but that is sooooooo satisfying. Really. It is. I know all the big box chains follow a formula and being a former Manager at Pizza Hut I was never a Dominos guy...but this place does it right. Their staff probably stressed and overworked due to covid...maybe short staffed, I always get my food. As a matter of fact...in maybe 50 orders at least over the last 3 years I'm not sure I've ever had a miss. Even when I have gone in for carryout. I realize my experience may be unique but I know retail and fast food retail and this place does it right."

"I love Domino's pizza and I can have Domino's pizza anytime even if I am not hungry. But this time I had the worst experience. I had a very long day and my family and I were really hungry so I ordered 4 toppings of veggie pizza and Stuffed Cheesy bread. After I got my order I opened the box The pizza had very less cheese I told the girl on the counter and she says it looks fine. I told her this is my regular order but it doesn't look the way it used to. She said it looks fine. The Stuffed garlic bread looks fine from the top so I came home. When I was eating the pizza with my family it doesn't taste good as my regular pizza and the Stuffed bread was raw from the inside we can easily see the dough and cheese weren't melted at all. How can they serve raw bread? It was pathetic and worst. We threw it in the bin. It was my worst experience as I was really hungry from the long day."
