"3 times, now I've had my Oatmilk switched out with Almond milk without being asked by the employee's, they really should be asking customer's if it is okay to switch out a requested milk, especially with considerable alleries. Thankfully I am not allergic to nuts, however I make specific requests because I do have other dietary restrictions. I'd hate to think of someone who has a severe allergy to nuts and them to just have something swapped out without being asked and then having a severe reaction. Employee's here need to be more mindful of substitutions."

"I’ve always been here and had a few problems with my orders but today i went and a black girl (not racist) she has short hair, took my order it’s my first time seeing her there, terrible customer service. She was in a hurry even though i was the only one there, didn’t give me time to see what i wanted to order, she made me feel rushed, and gave me my cup all sticky with caramel syrup not clean at all. I will not be ordering when she’s there. Bad customer service!!"
