"Poor customer service. I ordered an iced coffee, a refresher, and 2 banana breads. They were out of the banana bread, but refused to give me a refund. Other Dunkin locations have been out of items and still given me a refund, even when I ordered through the app. Starbucks removes items from the app when their inventory runs out. I've had issues with this location before. Probably will not return. The Dunkin on 955 Brook Forest Ave. has much better customer service & seems better at making the coffee well more consistently."
"I’ve always had problems at this Dunkin but this is a new one. I usually avoid this location because orders are wrong more often than not but customers shouldn’t have to dump out almost half of their coffee because there’s so many grounds in the cup."
"I felt like I was robbed by Dunkin this morning. I drink coffee everyday. I noticed the empty cup bottom a while ago and thought "wow, that's unnecessary deception". This mornings coffee was missing a few ounces. Paid $3.77 for extra large but actually received a medium. I wonder how much coffee you get in a small, a sip? They did me so wrong, I had to write a review. Hopefully they will choose to do better."
"Today I bought a couple dozen at 1:40 pm to bring to my co workers from this location. The wait was a little long for something that simple and when I opened the box, I saw why. They shorted me 1 donut and gave me two donutholes instead. They couldve just told me they didnt have enough for two dozen instead of me spending 30$ and feeling gyped. Felt deceptive in a way and only reason I left this review was due to the fact this was my first time ordering donuts from here as a customer and the fact I used to work here a couple years ago. Shame they've gone down hill. Dont remember ever doing this to any of the customers but hey, its only a dunkin donuts right?"
