I ordered to the wrong location by accident and they were so kind to me. Not only did they remake my order free of charge, they also gave me and my friend a free drink since they had an extra. Service is slower at times Ive noticed, but I can understand when youre dealing with online orders, walk-ins and drive through orders and then theres on so many baristas compared to customers, it takes time."

"A little frustrated that they messed up my drink through the drive-thru. But it happens, so then I had to go inside to have it fixed and then I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes with no apology for the mistake while she made five other drinks before correcting her mistake and it was a little aggravating and everybody was moving at a snail's pace. 3 employees and one person making drinks leisurely. Once I actually got my drink, it still did not taste right at all and it was a bummer cuz I used my points"

"Can't never get the Vanilla cold brew right at this location. Sometimes it is too creamy, sometimes not enough cream. Not sure who is training these people. Starbucks should be ashamed of such a location. The one thing they make onsite are drinks, they can't even get that right. All the sandwiches, snacks, cakes, already comes premade in a plastic sealed bag which they have to open, warm it up then added to the paper bag. With all the inconsistent drinks they have the guts to ask for tips. Seriously? Dunkin near by has great service, consistent drink, better price, and they don't hand you a credit card machine which ask you first to select how much tips you are willing to give. Never again at this location, and possibly will avoid startsucks for a while. Gave this location a chance for almost a year now, since they first open last year. Initially, you can understand they are new and training people. It is now been a year, you don't deserve any tips, and specially my money and energy to deal with your inconsistency."
