"Had a problem with my reefer. Called and informed them that I would be about 6:00 or 6:30 getting there. Whenever I got there at the business had already closed. Call the after hours number and got a hold of the service tech who give me nothing but attitude and grief. It's bad enough that they got to charge you $500 just to come out to fix something but to give you attitude and grief when you're already worrying about losing a load that's going to cost them more than what they make in a whole day it's kind of ridiculous. This will be the last time that I deal with this establishment I'm sorry to say but even though once the guy got there and saw that I was an older gentleman he apologized for his attitude but still there is no need for the attitude. The way I look at Trucking we are all in it together and if he doesn't want to be a team player and helping out a fellow driver that he needs to get out of the business. As far as the company goes they have outstanding accommodations very easy and very easy out but as far as their employees go I wouldn't give you a dime for any of them."
