"This guy came to our house and gave us a quote a while back. He told us the day he would be there. Well that day comes around and nobody shows up. My wife texts him he said he had an emergency house that didn't have any heat. Ok we gave him the benefit of the doubt. He tells her the next time he can. Day comes around again nobody shows up she texts him again. Ohhh something else happened. Again a third time tells us when he'll be there. No surprise didn't show up. My wife texts him again last night asking him if he's showing up today. When my wife had told him she has a doctor's appointment today at a certain time. He then didn't show up today. So we decided to go with a different company and then he said oh. I'll be there today at 3:00 p.m. If there's anything to take from this. The guy doesn't communicate. If there was communication, I think this would have went by a lot smoother. I hope this helps you. I am mad at the lack of communication. The guy was nice and all no problems with the man I just wish he would have talked to us without us having to ask what's going on."
"These guys were hired through my home warranty company. They finally came out to my property after not showing up twice when they said they would. They couldn't figure out my issue. Then the guy would never take my calls or return my calls. Very unreliable company"

I check some vents to make sure that everything is open, then I go outside and find my unit making a weird noise with the fan not spinning. I called Sensible Solutions.They came and fixed my unit within 24 hours of my phone call, at a very reasonable price. Which deserves 5 stars in my book"
