In speaking w them they indicated that it was a matter of the dealership calling to give the ok. I had documentation of approved oil changes. It seems that not coming all the way to Nashville every time was the reason for not approving the transmission work which would definitely be reason enough for us not to purchase our next car here. The people are nice but at the end of the day $8000 is too much $ when we can get the service less expensive locally"
