"Edited for my current visit- 5 stars. This is what I expect. Hot, fast food, friendly service, and direction was provided for where I should park. Thank you Culver’s. 34 minutes from order to payment in the drive through. Staff standing on phones and gave flippant excuses for the utter lack of organization. Do better. If you know when your rush is staff accordingly, and make sure they’re actually working, provide direction in the drive thru(where to park-believe it or not some think 6 feet is pulling forward), and have more than 1 food runner. Still waiting on food 40 minutes and counting"

"The server was very friendly and helpful. He was fun and patient, made us feel welcome and was all around nice. He's good with kids and made the environment just plain awesome. We didn't catch his name, but we think it started with an R. He was black and tall, very outgoing personality, and he gave us fist bumps. All together, he made the visit really fun and we will be coming back."
"Incredibly long wait in drive through, not a soul got their food for 25 minutes and then all of a sudden nearly everyone (I’d say at least 10 cars) got their food at the same time. We were at the front and when the food came in it was one of the worst burgers I’ve ever tasted. Not warm, color was off, bits of condiments I asked to be left off on the burger. Must be the most mismanaged Culver’s I’ve ever been to. Avoid, hopefully corporate forces the changes to meet the experience every other location provides."
"This restaurant is dirty, including the self-service drink area being pretty disgusting. Also the staff was not knowledgeable about anything that is gluten free, except of course the gf bun which they charge $1.20 extra to receive. The lady at the counter said she didn't know if the fries were gf, and when I asked if someone else would know she said "I don't know the kitchen staff because I don't work back there." While the sandwich I ordered looks fine, and I got the gf bun in its wrapper, I would not stop at this location again."
