"waited 40 minutes for my drink and they made it wrong twice. first time they made it hot when I asked for iced and the second I watched them use regular dairy milk instead of the oatmilk that I paid extra for and I am lactose intolerant! Didn't ask for it to be remade again because I have class and didn't want to risk them messing it up a third time. It was a simple chai tea latte...."
