"Normally I'd go higher, however: the cleanliness and quality of service and products has seriously deteriorated. The toilets are atrocious *men's room at least* The Mr. Frosted machine is never working, the soda fountain either doesn't have carbonation on 1 side or its just not working and most flavors are unavailable=vendor shortfall or management not ordering! Yes it's a busy place but if you have 2 sometimes 3 employees working, well standing and talking , then someone should really take the initiative to clean up! I almost asked for the materials to do it myself. Really Circle K come on!"
"Not sure if she was management considering she was in black and not red. However, she was entirely rude and disrespectful. Kicked my service dog out before asking me if it were a service dog and what task it were able to perform. Then when confronted about the situation was highly disrespectful and rude. If she is management she doesn’t need to be it considering I was denied service because I had a service dog."
"I have been coming to circle k in Marion for 5 years now. I have seen some incredible workers who are no longer there due to management, and manager had so much power that she allowed to not do her job as a gas station attendant. Since everything has shifted I'm disappointed in the service and the pop machine is constantly down and itseems no one cares to do there job right. I have seen encountered rude employees and how much the service has been falling due to no stability in work ace and teams or management letting the polar machine just be. When your a manager you know you don't have to let everything go. There.is other resources. I'm about done coming to circle k it's becoming bad place. Herrin circle k is so much cleaner and better service as well"
