"I stopped by today to look at the trailer that had come in I ordered in September. I immediately recognized it did not have fold up ramps I believed i ordered as i discussed with the salesman Dave, as he and I went over before ordering it. I have 2 trailers with the fold up ramps and like them, which at the time Dave and I talked about and that I wouldn't consider a tilt bed trailer. Instead the new trailer had a stow away ramp and Dave said that was the standard ramp. The pictures he referred me to in September while making a list of options on the PJ Trailer website while both of us looking at, had the ramps I wanted. Somehow the standard ramps were ordered. Dave's gave me two choices, order the correct trailer at $1200.00 additional cost or get my money back. His words to me was'" prove its my fault". I don't find Midway Trailer Sales a friendly place to do business at all. I bought a box trailer from them 3 years ago and when i needed a new front piece, I got the same horrible treatment . When i told him I would take my money back, he said "I don't think I want to do business with you anyway""
