Starbucks

"This store is usually a disaster. The parking situation is the worst. The drinks aren’t nearly as good as ones from Target or Kroger. The baristas are often very friendly. Today, the store took it upon themselves to close the lobby without any warning despite still allowing for pickup orders. It caused a huge traffic jam inside the parking lot and outside the parking lot on Walton Way."

"Hey sooo I’m aware that Starbucks baristas are graded on their drive thru times and not mobile orders, but I placed a mobile at 510 with a projected 10 minute wait, and got my drink exactly 20 minutes later, just a single tall latte. I watched the drive thru clear out over and over and over, and drink times completed within like 3 minutes from order to exit… when I asked about my drink, the barista was visibly annoyed. “There’s like a lot of drinks here…” after 15 minutes, you can’t help but wonder if the ticket is lost? Both barista, the girl at the front desk and the one making drinks, were overtly rude. I understand you want to keep the drive thru flowing, but you can assume people preorder so they don’t have to wait. You need a better balance than 20 minute mobiles and 3 minute drive thru orders. & don’t make it seem as though it’s unreasonable for a mobile order to check in on their ticket. Food for thought."

"Walked in to see their food display covered in knats buzzing around. Told the cashier about it, he said thanks sorry and then proceeded back to making drinks. We sat for about 15 minutes and not a single worker moved to clean their disgusting case. Busy or not take the time to keep bugs off your food people are looking at."

"Haven't been this angry over a fast food experience in years, we just waited 30 minutes in the drive through to get a single drink. When we finally got to the window, they took payment THEN told us it would be a short wait, we ended up waiting another 3-5 minutes after that before we finally got the SINGLE drink we ordered, if we would have known the wait would be longer we would have just left, feels like we were shaken down, a half an hour of time at my job is worth more than what the drink cost and that's a half hour neither of us will ever get back. The drive through has no way to escape either unless you're in a 4x4. 10/10 recommend never stopping here, I'd give zero stars if that were an option. They had a huge line out to the road 15 mins after we left we came back by, that's the photo."

"20230905 They have the Illinois Been There mugs!!! The barista was very nice and friendly, but she needs to pay attention to the counter surface. She almost moved the been there box into a puddle of water on the counter. I stopped it to avoid damages to the box. They have the been there mugs behind the counter. Look there if they are not on the shelf with other drinkware. I called first. I have to admit... THIS IS THE BEST GREEN TEA LEMONADE I have ever had at Starbucks, and my pups and I have travel to every East Coast States except for VT, NH, amd ME. The tea is darker and tastes so good. Thanks!!"
