"Scammed my grandfather out of his truck, gave him a “safe” vehicle with 5+ recalls, including a windshield recall because it shatters in large pieces, and is already broken, then sold his truck immediately so he couldn’t come ask for it back. Trash. I wouldn’t even give y’all one star if I could."

"I was on my way to TX from WI on vacation. I just purchased my truck new in WI before vacation started. I was going down the interstate at approx 1pm when the truck was obviously not running right and smoking. I pulled into this dealership just because it was right on the highway. I proceeded to tell Bob in service what was going on. He had a full shop of work but he sqeezed in enough time for me right away to assess the truck. That few hours he got the truck diagnosed, located the parts at other dealerships in the area(parts were on backorder from GM), and got those parts coming. I stayed overnight at the hotel behind the dealership and the next day they had the truck torn down so when the parts showed up they put them in and I was back heading south. I wasn't there 24 hours from pulling in to pulling out, which was very impressive! A big thank you to your service, parts, and technician team that squeezed me in and cranked this out! Talking to the other customers in the waiting room all had good things to say about this team as well!"

"The buying experience went fine, but after discovering a dent in the side door of the car within hours of the buy (before we even made it home) I reached out and asked if they would be able to fix it. Not only did they tell me I had to drive back to only that location, but I had to pay $200 to have it fixed! Even though the dent was discovered the same day as the buy, and only highway driving occurred. On top of that, within a week of buying, I was getting alerts for the washer fluid being low. It's insane to me that they couldn't even top off the fluids in the car! I spent $38K and they didn't even offer to fix the dent discovered the day I bought it! I don't know what kind of customer service that is, or if they expect retention, but I'll definitely be going elsewhere moving forward, and letting everyone else know as well!"

"My daughters and I were on a road trip when our car had immediate mechanical needs. We were able to roll our car into the Steve Schmitt GMC dealership. We were greeted by Trevor (sales) who was friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help us feel comfortable. The service department was closed for the night, however Trevor informed me that someone from the service department would contact me in the morning. Just as promised Ray (service) contacted me early in the morning. He was friendly and made a space for our car to be seen that day. I had to call back at one point and spoke to Rhonda, another AMAZING employee. If you are looking for a place that is customer friendly then this is the place to go. The one thing I would caution you on is the cost. We appreciated the hospitality but most people would not be able to afford what we had to pay. If you have the money and want something done well with great service then you should go here. If you want something done well on your car but can't pay top dollar, go somewhere else."
