"I will never purchase anything from this store again! Received a text message that advertised 20% $50+ purchase if bought online & picked up in-store. Spent $75 on a pair of shoes & was never notified of my order being ready. After several hours I had to call them instead of vice versa, only to find out that what I purchased was out of stock & my order was supposedly cancelled. Never received an email of cancellation & the $ was still taken out of my account. Customer service was horrible & I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction. Worst experience EVER with an online & pick-up in store purchase!"
"All I wanted was a pair of shoes for my daughter. I asked for her feet to be measured and was ignored. The manager(?) said a truck was on but not counted (which was fine) check the clearance rack. I asked again for her feet to be measured and she walked away. Finally picked a pair hoping THAT would get a measurement but no, she guessed based on the current, too small, shoes and came back with several pair she thought might fit. I finally said would you PLEASE measure them and I'll look online. That actually got action. The last time we were in there I had both kids with me. My daughter asked to use the restroom and was shown where it was. Five minutes later my son asked and was told they didn't have a public restroom. We walked out that time, just like this time. Will NOT be going back."
"I needed a good work shoe with extra support for my feet my feet just hurt so bad I had a young man named Joseph help me he was so helpful! so informative! he took the extra time for me to try on so many different pairs until we found the one that was just right! thanks alot Joseph!your amazing at your job !and you have great customer service skills !"
