"When someone goes through drive-thru on a busy night, orders (like extra crispy), waits a total of twenty minures, and when the person gets to the window and is told that they don't have extra crisy, "is origional recipe, ok?"--does this seem ok? Even better, when you ask the employee why extra crispy isn't available, the answer is that the machine that one needs hasn't been working all day. All day? All day?--You had me wait for a product that isn't available, but you are glad to give me something in place of it for the same amount!--Isn't this wrong! Isn't this unethical!! Is this how today's businesses think will get them money? Instead, provide good and HONEST service!"

"Ordered a chicken sandwhich through doordash and they just gave me a single chicken strip on the large bun. The chicken strip wasn't even good either, it hard a bunch of hard spots in the middle. I called the store to let them know that it happened and the manager told me it wasn't true because everything was fresh, so the chicken single chicken strip couldn't have been bad."

"The store was very busy when we arrived and stayed busy the whole time we were there but the cashier Franklin did such an amazing job with each customer had a smile on his face for each one. Will definitely return regardless of the wait. :)"

"Great staff! Did a wonderful job by themselves today. They were very short staffed and the pressure was on when the line was wrapped around the building. They were so nice and helpful even when it was a stressful situation."
