"I had order a Sandro and I got home and seen that they only put 4 single fries. I tried to call multiple to see if I could come down and remake it or even add fries to it( I also added the first time I wanted extra fries) after people declining and not answering than someone picked up told them I wasn’t happy with it than presented to hang up on me ( Brandon) than I had to get out of my house again to continue to make my order right, he declined to even look at the food, refused to even make it any better told me to leave. He was very rude not helpful. I don’t mean to be rude at that point but hanging up than refusing to answer any or help while I’m driving out of my way is disrespectful and I will get frustrated by the time I go through all this. I understand it gets busy but declining and acting like youre not a manger than ignoring a customer (Brandon at nights). I would have liked if he helped I called but being disrespectful and hanging up is not a good crew that should have. The picture doesn’t show but only 4 fries . I paid 11 for a chicken dog sadly"

"**update** management personally reached out to resolve the issue. Changed to 5 stars I don't get how the workers are always nice and the food is hot, but the tacos never have cheese and sauce. I've gotta go home and finish making them. If we order 10 tacos probably 3 of them will have cheese"
