"We stopped at this location on our way back to Tennessee mid Jan. We ordered lunch and 2 apple pies thru our app and picked up in Drive thru. We were well down the road when I discovered both apple pies were not in there. I filed a case that day for reimbursement thru my app was assigned a case a number and have yet to hear back from this location and McDonald’s corporate did respond but pushed it onto this location. It’s a shame for a long standing customer, Update: I received a call from a very nice lady that apologized and was going to send me coupons. This was 3 weeks ago, and have not seen anything. Disappointing and have deleted my app and will take my business elsewhere. Have been going to McDonald’s for over 55 years. Too many other options."

"Modern and clean McDonald’s which was inside kiosk or drive thru only. Food was made as ordered, tasted like it should,and price was expected. Plenty of parking around the restaurant and for bigger rigs out back."
"So we go into McDonald’s Nashville Illinois bring our own drinks which is coffee that only could be refilled behind the counter the rude Waitress says we cannot have our drinks inside it’s company policy so we do take them out We place our order which they got wrong! Waitress says I will have Manager talk to you guys She’s on break! Manager never speaks to us! Other people come in have a personal drink waitress says nothing to them very unprofessional and rude they would not disclose who to write a complaint to I do a lot of business at these places soo disappointed can’t read receipt who the area supervisor is"
"This location has gone downhill in the past couple years. Edit: Tried again on the first of July, Ordered a Quarter Pounder. Top burger was cooked bottom burger was completely raw. I mean I like a little pink, but the was completely raw. Nasty."
