"Been here for a year. The staff keeps the apartment area nice and clean. No roach anywhere even in the summer. The apartments are good sized and maintenance is pros pretty quick. apartment is conveniently located right off I-45, close to Houston Hobby Airport. The price is very reasonable for anyone freshly move to Houston. A lot of great places to eat, things to do around the area. The Baybrook mall is only 10 minutes away. Downtown is 20 minutes away. Jennel in the leasing office here is helpful, polite, and will respond to your needs in a timely manner. It is also just down the road from the University of Houston Clear Lake."
"Their ok apartments to live in, however they keep having an on going hot water issues! We’ve been without hot water for a week now! Since Friday Feb.16 and when I spoke to the office they said it would be taken care of. They had plumbers coming out on Monday February 19, here it is today Friday February 23rd. Still no hot water! It wouldn’t be a big deal if it was just me, however when you have a family it’s not ok!"
"I’d like to say I really appreciate the staff in the front office they are so nice! Janel is always greeting me with a smile and if I ever have an issue with something in my apartment it gets taken care of in a timely manor and she makes sure to follow up with me! I also love how they have fun activities for the residents and kids!"
"Approaching a year and I am content. It’s been nice having a playground for my kids to play and make friends. Leasing and Maintenance is really nice and the times I’ve needed them they were prompt. The neighbors are generally polite and nice as well. A big plus is everything is close because I’m not a big driver."
"I applied online, I had no time during business hours. Spoke with Kayla & she was very helpful the whole way though. She also did a thorough walk through to record every detail of the apartment for me. Well spoken & broke everything down for my understanding. Couldn’t have made it any easier."
