"The office staff is fantastic. Everyone is nice, helpful and upbeat! Jeanette helped put me in an apartment that suited my needs and I've had no issues. Property is quiet and the maintenance guys are also very nice. I've enjoyed my time here and recommend this property!"

"I had an issue on my first night in my apartment and was transferred to a better apartment thanks to Nancy. My mother wrote a poor review expressing her lack of satisfaction on the conditions of my first apartment; and management was knocking on my door early Sunday morning. They were understanding and more than willing to fix my issue. The maintenance man(I believe Ernesto) was very helpful and went out of his way on a Sunday morning to make sure my standards were met. Also, the community manager, Nancy, was more than helpful and made sure I was taken care of.Thank you so much for resolving my issues and creating solutions."

"My daughter moved in on 19 January 2019, the apartment is infested with roaches and the apartment was not ready. The management told her, they will exterminate on Friday. She should not be subject to poor conditions on the first day of movement. In addition, the office does not return calls timely. They should have infomed her early in the week the apartment was not ready. Requesting her deposit back and move out to another location. Correction were made on the discrepancies. I want to thank the management for quick response to my complaint this morning regarding my daughter's first day. The Community Manager Nancy and her management team cured the discrepancies and move my daughter to a better apartment. The maintenance representative was great as well. This let me know the management team does care about their tenants wellbeing. Thank you so much! I look forward to the continued support to my daughter as she continues her stay at your property. "Parking is a nightmare! Especially if you work nights like I do. I would have to sit out in my car for hours... sometimes I would sleep in it until someone would finally move. They are quick to tow your car, but then when people park in places they're not supposed to they never get towed. There is very little parking spaces for guests, and they are usually full anyways. Too many feral cats and raccoons everywhere, there are tenants who feed them and even though it is reported, management wont do anything about it. Rent is too high for what you get really. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything as well. Oh and it floods, lost a few cars here during the hurricane. So I would definitely look elsewhere."

"I have lived at Magnolia Grove for 2 years now and I am running out of here as soon as I can! When I first moved here everything was very nice, professional and organized. The old office staff with Luella and Erica were who I leased with. The old office staff was amazing and caring. Being a first time renter in college and working they were always helpful and caring. The new office staff I can't say the same. They never answer the phone. I literally call about 7 times back to back just to get someone on the phone. When you walk into the office you aren't greeted or anything. One Saturday I went to pick up a package and waited for 30 minutes in the office without being greeted or acknowledged. This is not the first time it has happened, I have came in multiple times without being acknowledged. The customer service and professionalism is not up to par. The parking is terrible along with towing. I have paid over $600 in towing fees alone in the month of January. My family came down on a business conference and surprised me with an early birthday party. I went home to change clothes I came outside and my car was gone. I had my car towed and went to retrieve it with in an hour and the fee was $300! I had to cancel my entire surprise party to have my family drive to help me get my car out of towing. Ruined my family's plans and my celebration. Recently my mother came to visit and I parked her car on the back fence where visitor parking has always been located and was towed! Now they have signs all over the fence that anyone who doesn't have a permit will be towed. So basically you can't have visitors without them being towed, unless you go get them a temporary pass from the leasing office. I had to pay $300 to get her car out as well. It was my 21st birthday and I had to deal with all of this! When I first moved here a similar situation happened with a friend that visited me and the old office staff got the car out for us with no fee. Now this office has signed a deal with the towing where they aren't allowed to get anyone's car out and the person just has to pay. Now when the maintenance comes to fix anything they leave a mess behind. I have come home and my door was unlocked, living room and bathroom lights were left on, and air conditioning with residue from their services left on the floor. They let anybody move into these apartments now. As far as the apartment you can get better for your money. These apartments aren't built with lighting so you have to buy lamps for your living room and bedroom. There is no storage your only closet is literally your bedroom closet. I live downstairs and I can literally hear every move my upstairs neighbor makes; walking, running water, arguing. The pest control has been good I haven't had issues with that. I haven't had issues with break-ins or robberies at this complex either. It is a very quiet complex. If the old staff was still here I would consider staying, but I have never been so frustrated as a resident. This complex once had a standing 4 star reviews and ever since the new management has come everything has went down the drain. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to live."
