"I was door dashing during breakfast and they were excellent! Every order was ready or being bagged and sealed when I arrived. Made my day so much smoother."
"This place is the reason I drive to St. Charles area for food. All u will get here is room temperature food. And if u ask for it to be cooked a certain way, they still give it to you the way they want. This morning I got a hash brown that had been dipped in grease just to knock off the cold from the freezer. So I basically got a limp Greasy potatoe. I gave it back and asked that it be cooked and drained properly. I'm attaching a picture of the replacement. Look at rhe grease on the napkin. Get some Mexicans or white people at this location so that I can get what I paid for. That was sad to say, but true."
"Ordered online. Went to the front door and it was locked. I went through drive through they said it’s no food left. I asked for refund they said no. I started to call police. This was Sunday January 28th at 8:00 o’clock pm. And they had about 5 workers. No excuse. I’m calling corporate tomorrow and hopefully I can get a refund. I work too hard to go through this."
