"Love the location! Close to many shopping centers, entertainment outlets, and multiple interstates for an easy commute. The environment is friendly and the staff is great. The property is always well kept thanks to the porter Martin, he is a gem and is appreciated by many of us residents!"

"If you can afford 1000+ rent I would definitely advise moving somewhere else. Maintenance is not good & doesn't actually fix things they just patch them up, the ladies in the office also lack human empathy and only pretend to be nice, they enter your apartments with no notice, cars are constantly being vandalized/broken into, mailboxes are getting broken into, and there is no real community engagement. I miss Ms. Vanessa, she cared and you could feel the difference. I'm grateful to have a roof over our heads but all things meant to "help" are not always good and I've learned that in my time living here. I feel like this could be a good complex but like with everything, it comes down to the people running it."

"This is Not a place for anyone. The ladies in the office are extremely dismissive when tenants file complaints on another tenant for harassment. A single mother have called the police 8 + times over vandalism to her vehicle, window busted out of her apartment and stalking - all within a weeks time. Lydia and Maribel (management) stated that they didn't care if she is a Victim of a crime with ongoing investigations.They put a 10- Day eviction notice on the victims door, yesterday. And, my vehicle was vandalized on October 31, 2023 while parked in front of the office waiting for the Victim to give Management a written statement that they requested and then turned around and used against the Victim to evict her. And, yes the Police was called every time. So, No.... this is not a safe environment for anyone trying to raise kids. Their other statement when told that another's tenant is having her guest vandalise property....was the other tenant is allowed to have guests! Lydia, even stated the other tenants boyfriend name after we told her that he is the get away driver! Given, that this is a HUD subsidized low income apartment complex. HUD will be notified and the Victim/Evicted Tenant will see management in Court. This is illegal, non ethical and possibly discrimination!"

"The ladies In the front office are amazing and that’s the only reason I’m giving this place 1 stars. I would not recommend these apartments because it needs a remodel and fixing REAL bad. I can tell a lot of stuff gets painted over and not actually fixed. My a/c in the bathroom was leaking for MONTHS. I put in 10 work orders and all they did was temporary fixes that lasted a week or less most times. That caused the a/c in my apartment to barely blow air so my a/c was on 50 degrees most of the time and it was still 80 or 85 in the apartment! Which cause my bills to be HIGH. They finally fixed it and replaced it after telling them my ceiling was caving in because of the leaking water and it’s a safety hazard. In the beginning I constantly was having water pressure issues , it got to the point where It wasn’t any water coming out the faucets at night time. On the outside of the buildings they put these black covers under the balconies and stairs which made the apartment look like it’s under construction but nothing is getting worked on. The walls are THIN you can hear any and everything outside. If someone is outside talking it sounds like they’re standing on your balcony. The apartment across the street always got some mess going on / always shooting , which I understand this apartment can’t control but yea like I said would not recommend . I understand you get what you pay for but for all the troubles I’ve had with this apartment it’s not worth it & it’s way over priced especially since only the 2 bedrooms have washer and dryer connections. Once again, lovely ladies in the front office especially the one who helped me when I was moving in. I still have 6 months left with my lease so this probably won’t be the last review."
