"I predict bothof these i te QC will close by 2024' s end. I was reallylooking forward to a New York and a spud. Waited in Moline, rather long wait for 4 in front of me only for the order taker to run back to the kitchen and ask me to wait. I wait. Order taker returns, tells me they are out of spuds.The wait was long to be out, so I leave, go to Davenport. 4th in line, here-both people arein the kitchen-no order taker. Two of the customers in front of me leave as the wait drags on. The order taker returns and begins to take the order of the person in front of me-order taker leaves again-wait continues-I have now waited a combined 60 mins plus a drive between two states. I leave.If you are looking for work, maybe they are hiring, or maybe they do not care about walk outs- either way, with no change, both of these "deli's" will see their last year here-hopefully someone with some business acumen sees this and applies the necessary resources to survive. Lots of great food, just cant get to it."
"2 times in a row they've gotten my order completely wrong. I ordered 1 chicken salad sandwich, got a grilled chicken breast sandwich. The next time I got chicken salad, but asked for no lettuce, got lettuce and no tomato. Frustrating. Had eaten there dozens of times before with no issues."

"The place looks really nice. It’s clean and cozy. We’d love to eat here once it’s safer to go out. We ordered take out, it took a while but it’s worth it. The food tasted really good. We’re definitely gonna try other foods from this place."
"Big portions. Great flavor. Legit pastrami sandwich reminded me of eating in New York. Pleased with side options especially the broccoli. It’s about $10-12 for lunch which is comparable to most fast food joints. I will definitely return."
