"Called a few times to order and I kept getting a busy signal. When it finally did ring, the line was disconnected. So I went in to order my food. I was told that it would be ready in 25 minutes. I came back 35 minutes later and was told that it was ready. I waited another 35 minutes to get my pizza that was “ready”. I watched FIVE people who ordered after me get their food before me. The lobby was full of unhappy customers who had waited over an hour for their food. Never got an apology or anything. I’m ok to wait but don’t lie to your customers and give false wait times. Terrible customer service."
"What a disappointment. We used to love Little Auggies. But this was the second bad experience we had. Ordered delivery pizzas at 4:00 and was finally delivered at 5:30. And the pizza was COLD. Sorry you’ve lost any more business from me. And I will be telling others."
