"We love The Cookie Factory! With that said, the quality of the cookies is declining. My personal fave is the chocolate chip with pecan, but they are so thin and sparce. Same goes for my hubby's fave the munchie bag. One of the few places from the 80s left in the mall. We go twice a month, I want to love it again."

You talk about excited she couldn't eat it @ 1st for straring @ it. She finally took a bite + loved it. She let me taste it. It was moist with the best icing ever. Great place."
