"Very disappointed in these appts Took over a month to have the apartment ready , I was told they were renovating the apt yet Water been coming in from between the walls I have mold all over the walls now and the paint is peeling off only to see mold underneath the new paint AC didn’t work properly since the start Not sure what they did but it worked temporarily then went out again Semi fixed it for the 2nd time but the rooms are still hot there’s Rotten wood on the door frames literally falling apart I messaged them in sept about someone shooting our window with a pellet gun not one person came to look at it This is not at all what I was expecting when I moved in"
"A resident at this community has been dumping their trash over the fence for about 3 to for weeks every single day. They have started to throw trash on to neighboring communities vehicles. And it is constantly happening every day. It is absolutely DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. Will not remove this review until something has been done."
"They got roaches every where they want fix them up on the inside people carpet is nasty they want replace nothing I told my friends yall need to move from over here yall let people stand outside drinking and cussing they very shooting and fighting I want go to their house no more because roaches be crawling on you but I bet they don't live like that"
