"The rent is to expensive for these apartments I pay 1300$ for an apartment of 2 bedroom for rent these apartments are infested with rats. I haven't seen roaches at all I I couldn't stand buying food just so the rats can eat my food during the night and day and it will all go to waist pee everywhere they will poop everywhere even your bed and room they poop in closets floor all over the kitchen even inside your own food on the stove where you cook my daughter even caught a virus because of these rats. we would report to the office alot of these problems and they would have attitudes or say they can't do nothing about it and still do the report and never fixed the problem we report again and again and they never fixed nothing at all we were tired of the situation and even had to leave and break the contract it's nasty to live with rats not even closing the wholes would of fix the problem because they would open them again or even make new openings in the walls we had to even spend money out of our own pockets plus pay their expensive rent to fix the rats wholes and traps and bait and nothing would help .. if your looking for an apartment these apartments are not a choice you wouldn't like to live here. is not a good idea and not even worth to pay 1000 or more to live here not a good place for you or your children."

"**General Manager in this office is so rude & unprofessional** talks to future residents that comes and apply from her own office behind the desk representative which is the one that you will see upon arrival for all your questions. Keep in mind that all your questions will be answered by the Manager screaming with a disrespectful vocabulary fron her office. She said why would I show you an apartment if you have not paid the application fee $100 yet. How do we know if your accepted. Basically for them to show you the apartment you need to spend your money. Which is all they care about. They all raise prices on 1Bed by $200 and 2Bed by $400. This placed is not worth your money. Is rent plus $180 in fees. I had a friend who lived there and was the reason why we wanted to apply. Her moving out also was the best decision. There was a pest issue rats, rouches, ants is disgusting honestly I seen pictures and videos. You will notice from the beginning of your application that the Manager will answer all the representative questions to manipulate your asked to get your money. I have never experienced something this unprofessional. I’m a General Manager for Walmart and this unprofessional Manager sitting in her desk never gave her face to say what she had to say. I guess the role of Manager got to her head. Is like speaking to a ghetto person. All her employees and front desk representative should hate their job honestly is not a friendly environment. Poor of you if you get into this place. You can do something better for less in the area trust me. Leasing main office will hear about this also, and I will make sure to send inspectors there since is not healthy for others. This place has not been fine because no body knows how this works. Today this Manager bumped into a smarter Manager. I guess she is use to putting her foot down on everybody. Today I had the pleasure to let her know in front of all her employees how bad she does her job. Wait for inspectors now. You will be busy writing checks and that payroll will be your main issue and from there I can only imagine how awful this place will be run not worthing the price. "It’s infested with rats,giant roaches,stray cats and dogs that are covered in fleas. If you don’t want a messed up bowel then don’t move here every other week the toilets aren’t working so you’re either forced to use your bathroom as a port-a-potty or go to a store in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and the hot water never works. I’ve only lived here for less than a year and this has all happened not to mention the office staff is horrible they ride around all day on those carts not doing anything. My refrigerator handle broke when my 6 year old grabbed it worst apartments ever the area isn’t good either so don’t waste god money on these overpriced apartments trust me it isn’t worth it"

"It is always an overwhelming process to find a new place to call home. The moment I walked in the office, the ladies were friendly, patient, and helpful. While taking a tour of the property, I noticed it was kept clean and secured and about a week later I was already signing a lease. While the necessary steps were taken to meet tenant requirements, the process was fast and easy and I love the amenities that come with the place. If and when there is an issue, maintenance responds in a timely manner. For the most part tenants are nice and respectful. I haven't encountered an issue so far... It is so difficult finding a nice place nowadays in Houston, I 100% recommend."
