"DO NOT COME LIVE HERE !! DO NOT COME LIVE HERE !! maintenance takes forever for work orders. We haven't had hot water for ALMOST 2 MONTHS !! they never fixed it. our fridge broke down and all our food went back and they didn't care they came and brought us a new one TWO WEEKS LATER and to top it off they gave us a fridge that open on the oposite side that its supposed to we have to literally squeeze it so bad to be able to get stuff from the fridge. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! WORSE APARTMENTS IVE EVER LIVED IN EVER !!"
"Pretty Clean Apartment Complex,Although There Are 3 Burnt Apartment Buildings And they Are Falling Apart!!!! But They Do Have A Cleaning Crew/Manitnce That Cleans Up Outside.ms Pawola If You See This This Is My Honest Opinion."
"This complex does not work properly i been having maintance coming in and out from my apartment ho have the Down stair restroom fix and is this is what they leave behing them self and you go to the office and no one in the office seams to care at all the hole team is a mess!!!! A TOTAL MESS!!!!! LOOK AT MY RESTROOM NOW!!! MY CARPET WET AND ALL THIS MESS!!! TAKE A LOOK AT THERE SERVICE!!!!"
"Inconvenient to not have proper air conditioning for about 7 days already in this heat it isn’t safe to live this way either you call to schedule a maintenance issue and they tell you someone will come out within a few hours yet it has been 7 days still n pair conditioning . Then when you call they state your #13 under the work order , no empathy no care about there tenants it’s really illegal to service tenants this way, staff have horrible customer service as well and yall can get upset all y’all want and take it personal as well! Because I know y’all don’t work under these conditions nor lay your head to rest under these conditions either the WORST apartments there could be off Ella Blvd literally"
