"If you love yourself or your family/ friends DO NOT live here. Listen to the reviews, my friend and her partner have had their livelihood harmed, mishandled and property (vehicles) destroyed, stolen and broken into including stolen TIRES multiple times. It’s concerning, it’s worrisome and overwhelming. This NEEDS to be looked into, dealt with and addressed asap by management."

"I have family down in TX that live in this apartment complex and i’m very disappointed that someone from another state has to come to me and tell me they’re worried about their property and safety while living there because no one in this office or anyone higher up will do anything about the theft and other dangers going on. They have been emailed and complained to, multiple times about the same situation yet nothing is done about it. These people do not care about the safety of their residents and it’s extremely disgusting. My cousin and her loved one’s vehicle was targeted TWICE with theft and all the office can say is they’re not responsible. not to mention other incidents in the neighborhood that haven’t been taken care of. If you value your safety and property, I highly suggest you don’t rent here or if you’re a current resident and you haven’t been a target yet, get out as soon as possible because if something does happen (god forbid) they’ll turn the other cheek and ignore the problem!! Hoping my cousin and her loved one remains safe until she gets the hell out of there."

"The apartments I’m currently staying in have been having break ins , our gates haven’t been closed since we moved in and we have been living here for about 2-3 years now , they first started breaking into the cars and trying to steal them altogether now they are taking people wheels .. they just stole my sister wheels off her rental car yesterday and earlier this month they stole my gf wheels off of her rental car , last year they broke into my gf car TWICE trying to steal it with no success however they did end up stealing my aunts car which was later find somewhere . Yet they are not trying to take action to prevent it from happening and we are all out of options here. I will now have my lawyer contact corporate bc my safety is literally at risk and I cannot deal with that & I will be moving immediately after my lease is up."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I’m warning everyone for the sake of your sanity! The company is horrible. They can’t keep staff in the front office which causes more problems and confusion while transitioning to new staff members. This property does not care about the safety of the community. Our gates have been open unable to close for YEARS now. Yes, YEARS. Multiple. Along with the gate not working so ANYONE can come in, there are no cameras to monitor who is in and out of the property or no security. This has caused an increase in vehicle theft, vehicle break ins as well as multiple cars being left on bricks. I have come out my apartment TOO MANY times to see someone’s car sitting on bricks because all four of the tires were stolen. I have multiple family members who live here who’s cars have been broken into and who’s tires have been removed. Someone even broke into our maintenance office and NO ONE is doing anything about it! The gates are still wide open and the cameras still do not work, no matter how much we complain. We can never even get in touch with CAPSTONE Management who owns the property. Left voicemails and sent emails for years and no one ever responds. Someone just stole all 4 tires from my rental vehicle this morning. This is ridiculous! Don’t live somewhere where you have to wonder if your tires or entire vehicle will be gone when you wake up the next morning. There is NO security in place to protect us and our property, but they want rent on time. Not so patiently waiting to get from over here."
