"Roaches roaches roaches!!! Do not move here!!! I’ve had roaches since I moved in they’re literally on my move in sheet, I was told it was just because the unit was vacant, the problem never changed! I don’t even have food in my apt anymore, they’re everywhere specially in the bathroom! It’s a horrible area now, the 24/7 convenience store is loud until 2 am and has homeless people all over. You can hear EVERYTHING from outside, even a neighboor’s conversation, there’s also no privacy between the balconies unless you have a corner unit like mine. Walls are thin There is NO guest parking, only 5 future residence slots, when I did park across the street someone backed into my car. A drug head tried to break into my door screaming and banging for whoever lived in the unit before me, they did call the police and trespass him but he has been back twice since. The elevator is small, old, and one is always broken, the only amenities is the gym, which isn’t a gym, laundry machines will ruin your clothes. If they make you park in the garage on the second floor a leaky oily pipe stripped all the paint off my car and Neighboor’s and they did nothing to fix it even tho the maintenance told us it was their fault, because we didn’t have it in writing or recorded we were both out of new paint jobs I’m trying to get out of this place but they won’t let me, said I never gave my 60 notice so now am having to pay crazy prices on top of throwing all my furniture away due to the roaches, I’m here until jan 1 if you have any questions or would like to see the roaches yourself I’ll give it 2 stars because the on site staff and management has been great"

"Lived here since August of 2022, and by far it's the best place I've ever lived at. Micheal Mallonee has gone above and beyond with my stay. They have onsite security, and even property managers look out for our wellbeing. Highly recommend these apartments, by far the best place I've ever lived at!!"

"The apartment staff, specifically Michael, goes above and beyond to ensure all concerns get addressed and that you feel heard. The property is nice and affordable in a desirable area of town with very great amenities. I’ve enjoyed living at this property for the past two years. The only negative I’ve experienced is the walls are paper thin and if you have bad neighbors who complain at the drop of a hat it can really limit your enjoyment of what this property has to offer and you pay for."

"I moved in July 2022 and will be renewing my lease. To keep it short & sweet, it's been a dream. Affordable, beautiful, peaceful. The building is kept clean, no issues with other residents. Management (Michael and Lisa) go above and beyond to keep things professional yet remain warm and welcoming. Always available and open to any questions and concerns I've had. Maintenance is efficient and kind. Very grateful to have found this hidden gem!"

"Michael and Lisa have done an excellent job being responsive and empathetic to my concerns as a renter and have made me feel valued and respected as a tenant. The building is constantly very clean and well maintained, it is clear pride is taken in maintenance of the facilities. Laundry is a dream - no coins needed."
